Welcome to the Rolando area of San Diego California. The Rolando Village community built mostly between 1939 and 1945, is cherished for it's rolling hills, curved streets, 1920's street lights, great views and location. The original 5 subdivisions of 654 lots are bounded by College Ave. to the west, El Cajon Blv. to the north, University Ave to the south and the San Diego city boundaries to the east.

And of course the on going San Diego State University additions and planned business centers, along with the trolley extension.
